Red Tape Relief
On January 5th, 2021, Governor Gianforte Signed Executive Order No. 1-2021 which created the Red Tape Relief Advisory Council tasked with implementing regulatory reform. The order recognized that excessive, outdated, and unnecessary regulations cause great economic harm on the people and businesses of Montana while also reducing the efficiency of governmental operations.
