This is the schedule of the Office of Administrative Hearings for April. Anyone planning to attend any of these hearings should check with the Office of Administrative Hearings (406-444-4662) to be sure they have not settled or been postponed. We normally schedule 8 UI Benefit hearings per day, Monday through Thursday. The hearings are scheduled hourly from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. They are normally held telephonically in the hearing officer offices. If the parties attend in person, the hearing may be moved to one of the basement hearing rooms.

Check with the Hearings Bureau to determine what hearings are scheduled throughout the month.
