ABC Clinics

Services

Assistance for Business Clinics (ABC) are hosted statewide. These clinics aim to provide valuable resources to both new and established businesses, as well as professionals such as accountants, bookkeepers, human resource experts, and attorneys. Topics covered include:

  1. Montana Department of Revenue’s New Form MW-4 and E-Services
  2. Unemployment Insurance Tax Requirements
  3. Workers’ Compensation Coverage
  4. Independent Contractor Regulations
  5. Using Labor Market Information for Business Decisions
  6. The Registered Apprenticeship Program

  8. Minimum Wage and Overtime
  9. New Hire Reporting
  10. Child Support Services
  11. USERRA Laws and Regulations

Additional Information

We no longer provide informational ABC booklets, but we do encourage attendees to bring their device(s) such as a smartphone, tablet, and/or laptop to access the online learning platform that we use for the ABC Clinics.

The Assistance for Business Clinic is offering the following Continuing Education Credits.
